• Secure Series A funding to support project expansion into international markets.

• Publish Android app to the Google Play Store – the app bundles a Web3 digital wallet with all THAT supporting Web2 features (e.g. merchant directory, voucher redemption, business CMS).

• Broaden marketing and sales initiatives to Auckland, New Zealand.

• Acquire token listings on credible centralized exchanges (CEX) in New Zealand, targeting platforms that align with our market expansion goals and user base growth.

• Prepare and submit additional regulatory applications to facilitate the international expansion of the project, enabling THAT to enter new global markets throughout 2026 (Singapore, UK, USA).

Q2 2026 - Feature Enhancement + NFT Marketplace Development

• Introduce chat functionality in the THAT mobile apps to enable direct messaging with businesses, sellers and friends, allowing for real-time inquiries, feedback, and personalized service.

• Develop and integrate an NFT marketplace directly into the THAT app.

• Engage in partnerships for NFT collaborations and commence pre-launch marketing campaigns.

• Release NFT marketplace to beta test group to gather feedback on NFT marketplace.
