The Merchant Directory

The THAT app may include an informational directory of independent businesses that indicate they are willing to accept THAT or other supported digital assets. The purpose of the directory is to help users discover such businesses and access basic information about them.

Users can browse listings, view contact and location details and, where provided, see the on-chain address or tag that a merchant has nominated for receiving digital assets. Any commercial arrangements and on-chain transfers occur directly between the user and the merchant.

Merchant Listing Information

To request publication of a business listing, a merchant may provide information such as:

• business name and registration number (for example, ABN, NZBN)

• business contact details (for example, email, phone, website)

• one or more wallet addresses or tags for receiving digital assets

• business location and, where relevant, operating hours

• at least one social media or online presence link

• a business cover image and optional description of products or services.

The Company may review submissions for completeness, basic eligibility and consistency with its policies before publication. Listing criteria, required information and review processes may change over time, and the Company may refuse, suspend or remove a listing at its discretion (for example, for inactivity, inaccurate information or policy concerns).

Independence and Limitations

Merchants listed in the directory are independent third parties. Inclusion in the directory:

• does not mean the Company endorses, recommends or has independently verified any merchant, product or service

• does not guarantee that a merchant will accept any particular digital asset at any time, or that any listing information is current or accurate, and

• does not create any relationship between the Company and the merchant beyond the provision of the listing itself.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions when choosing to interact with merchants, and for checking that addresses, prices and terms are correct before sending any digital assets. The Company does not act as an agent or representative of listed merchants, does not intermediate payments, and does not guarantee the performance of any merchant or the outcome of any transaction.
