Q2 2023 - Presale Web App Development and Community Engagement

• Launch the THAT website, whitepaper, and initial marketing materials to build awareness.

• Develop the presale web app to facilitate seamless participation in the presale.

• Develop and integrate KYC and AML compliance features into the presale web app.

• Open early enrolment presale registrations on the website.

Q3 2023 - Merchant Education and Presale Preparation

• Begin community engagement initiatives to generate interest in the presale.

• Strategically prepare for the THAT presale, including marketing and event planning.

• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to maximise presale reach and engagement.

• Finalise the presale web app and ensure all compliance checks are in place.

Q4 2023 - THAT Presale and Presale Events

• Launch the THAT presale, opening early opportunity to acquire THAT before the public launch.

• Hold presale events in Australian capital cities including Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.

• Conclude the THAT pre-sale, transitioning focus towards the next phase (public launch). $850K AUD raised from presale with 18-month linear vesting schedule beginning Sep. 2024 (TGE).
