The 'THAT' app operates as a non-custodial interface: users retain control of their private keys, and transfers occur directly on public blockchains between the transacting parties. The Company does not hold user funds, does not provide clearing or settlement services, and does not guarantee that any particular merchant will accept THAT or any other digital asset.
