Merchant NFTs

This section provides additional factual context about how merchant-focused NFT features may be implemented in the THAT ecosystem. It does not change the description of NFTs in the “Ecosystem Tools & Context” section.

Merchant-defined NFT collections

Subject to technical and policy constraints, the Company may provide tools that allow merchants to:

  • create and configure their own NFT collections (for example, passes, loyalty tokens or membership tokens)

  • choose basic parameters such as quantity, basic format, permitted uses or duration, and

  • have the NFTs minted on-chain and displayed in compatible wallets, including in the THAT app.

Any benefits associated with a merchant’s NFT (for example, discounts, access tiers or special offers) are determined and administered by that merchant and may be changed or withdrawn by the merchant at any time. Merchants are responsible for obtaining their own tax, legal and regulatory advice when designing and using NFT-based programs.

Marketplaces and secondary venues

Users may choose to interact with independent NFT marketplaces or secondary trading venues outside the THAT app. Where the THAT app provides links or interfaces to such marketplaces, those services are operated by third parties, and any decision to buy, sell or transfer NFTs via those venues is made directly between users and the relevant providers.
