#### Phase objectives

* Ship Android with near parity to the iOS app.
* Deepen merchant density and user activity in Australia.
* Pilot merchant partnership programs and user rewards.
* Commence business onboarding in Auckland ahead of wider New Zealand rollout.

#### Merchant tools & user engagement

* [x] Launch smart contract–enabled “spend-to-earn” challenges and cash-back incentives.
* [x] Introduce exportable PDF transaction statements with cost-basis accounting for tax, reconciliation and bookkeeping.
* [ ] Run co-marketing campaigns and merchant-funded promotions.

#### Wallet experience & security

* [x] Enable gasless transactions, sponsoring network fees for sends, merchant payments and swaps so users do not need to hold native gas (via EIP-7702 delegation).
* [x] Expand wallet coverage across 30+ EVM networks, with in-app network selection and automatic chain and token discovery.
* [x] Add a unified cross-chain transaction history with categorized receipts and historical pricing.
* [x] Strengthen non-custodial security with per-device hardware-backed key encryption and biometric-gated key access.

#### Access & liquidity

* [ ] Add an in-app fiat on-ramp, enabling users to buy THAT directly with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
* [ ] List THAT with a major global fiat on-ramp provider, making it buyable across the wider ecosystem of non-custodial wallets.

#### Cross-platform, cross-chain & online commerce support

* [x] Add support for cross-chain swaps in the THAT iOS app.
* [x] Add QR and shareable payment links (ERC-681) that pre-fill network, token, amount and recipient.
* [ ] Launch the THAT Android app with a non-custodial wallet, directory, swaps and bridging.
* [ ] Integrate in-app ordering and online commerce features where they can be implemented via standard non-custodial smart contracts.
* [ ] Add WalletConnect and online checkout support for merchants who accept digital assets online.
* [ ] Refine in-app flows and tools for everyday spending (repeat payees, favorites, subscriptions).

#### Geographic expansion (Australia & New Zealand)

* [ ] Grow Australian merchant coverage, particularly in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
* [ ] Grow merchant coverage in Auckland, New Zealand.
* [ ] Build awareness and relationships in other major New Zealand cities ahead of wider rollout.
* [ ] Pursue additional exchange and infrastructure integrations to support international expansion.
