Q2 2024 - Feature Enhancements and Marketing Preparation

• Implement additional features and enhancements based on testing feedback.

• Secure Web3 partnership to support cross-chain token bridging post-launch. Successfully partnered with Kaleido to enable cross-chain bridging from THAT to Polygon. Support for Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other chains to follow.

• Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to build anticipation for the TGE.

• Submit application to Meta to advertise cryptocurrency products on Meta platforms. Application approved on 11th July. 2024.

• Review and finalise post-launch sales funnels, landing pages and automated email pipelines.

Q3 2024 - Final Preparations and TGE Execution

• Perform software audits to verify the system’s integrity.

• Finalise all preparations for the TGE, including legal and regulatory compliance.

• Ramp up social media engagement and launch ads on social media promoting the launch.

• Engage with the community through AMA sessions + webinars.

• Execute the TGE by initiating the genesis block in September, marking the official launch of THAT.

• Launch cross-chain token bridging to support THAT on alternate networks.

• Launch DEX liquidity with Uniswap on Polygon chain (reduces swap fees).

• Focus on finalising development of the THAT iOS app (wallet) MVP (incl. bridging, swaps, etc.).
