# Looking Ahead: Our Vision Beyond the Roadmap

As the ecosystem matures, we are exploring several forward-focused innovations to enhance the platform’s value for both users and merchants. These include:

* Loyalty and rewards systems to deepen engagement, including “spend-to-earn” mechanics, tiered incentives, and gamified experiences
* NFT-based merchant tools, enabling promotions, memberships, and token-gated content that enhance customer loyalty and retention
* In-app ordering, delivery service integrations, and commerce features that support everyday retail, hospitality, and service businesses
* AI-driven insights and personal finance tools to help users make smarter decisions about spending, saving, and managing their digital assets
* Developer grants and open APIs to attract third-party innovation and support dApp creation within the THAT ecosystem
* Community marketplace & invoicing, giving users more control and merchants greater flexibility in how they operate and grow
