# Discover THAT

### The THAT Solution

THAT is digital money made for everyday life. You can use it to pay at local businesses, send money to anyone, or accept payments as a merchant. It’s fast, low-cost, and works like cash — but powered by blockchain. Unlike many tokens, THAT isn’t about hype or speculation. Its value comes from being spendable and accepted in the real world.

### THAT App

The THAT App works like a secure mobile wallet. Once you download the app, you can create a new wallet or import an existing one in just a few steps. You can use the THAT App to store your THAT and other supported cryptocurrencies safely in one place.

To start using the THAT App, [simply add funds](/getting-started-with-that/purchasing-that/purchasing-that-australia.md) by receiving THAT from another wallet, swapping from another cryptocurrency, or purchasing through supported platforms. Once your wallet has been funded, you can browse the business directory within the app to find supporting businesses.

### What are the benefits of using THAT?

One of the biggest benefits of using THAT is that it allows you to spend your cryptocurrency in the same way you would use traditional money, but without going through the banking system. This means your funds are truly yours. No more frozen accounts, blocked payments, or delays — you stay in full control of your money at all times.

Another key benefit of using THAT is that you don’t need to cash out your crypto every time you want to spend it. You can simply swap your crypto into THAT and use it directly as a form of payment — fast, simple, and spendable anywhere THAT is accepted.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.that.global/getting-started-with-that/getting-started/discover-that.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
